Sorry, i tried search but as usual it is disabled cause of all the people that come on this site. Im sure that the questions im asking have been asked over and over.

Anyway i just got the pre order in the mail from EB Games today. It was just 2 disc and had pre order version written all over it. Im curious, is the big box with the full version going to get shipped out later in the future with all the other special features of the collectors edition i pre ordered?

So i dont make the mistake of creating another account with the pre order disc how do i make it so this version is merged with my existing account?

sorry for creating another thread of the same old same old im just in a rush to figure it out!

After you log in, you can edit your account. In that screen you can add access keys to your account. That's how you incorporate your presale disc with your current Guild Wars version. Look at the Factions FAQ on the Guild Wars website , it'll tell you what you need to know.

ok did that but now i dont know how to get my pre order items which is bugging me. Why cant i use them yet, i looked at my managed access keys and it says that i have the pre order on their, but i dont know how to get my pre order items. More input please.

You'll get them once you make an Assasin or Ritualist, even after this weekend's event is over.

Type /presale and the items will appear in your inventory. Each one of your characters in your account can get them. Also, a nice feature is that if you destroy them, you can get them back by typing the command again. Yeah, it sucks that they don't tell you this in the preorder instructions, it's kind of important. You can't sell the items because they're worth zero and they come customized for your character.
